Hi all,
Let me repeat my message from last week, to make sure you have a chance to read it:
Friendship, community involvement, self-development and networking are the main reasons why most people join a Rotary club. Feeling included and being part of an organization that is making a difference is why we stay and get involved.
As President, I would like to know more about you and what motivates you to be part of our Rotary Club.
Each week at our meeting, I would like one member to take a few minutes to introduce themselves to the club. Tell us who you are, what you do and why you joined Rotary or share a Rotary story.
Please reply to this email or email me directly to let me know when you would like to share.
ALSO: Rotary International would like us to document the hours we spend on service to others, so please start keeping track, as of July 1, 2019, of your community service hours.
Thank you! I won't see you tomorrow, and next week's meeting is cancelled, because of the Short Term Youth Exchange trip to Point Pleasant. There's still time to join the group going!
Have a great meeting and week ahead!
